Cancel and Return Policy

 

1-Cake Central  will not cancel or change orders already in process for production, en-route or delivered.Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. 

 

2-If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered on the same day, you can reach us on +91 9810022201 . No change in delivery instructions will be entertained by Cake Central prior to 4 working hours of the time of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team.

 

3-Cake Central will not cancel any order unless informed 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

 

4-Order Cancel request will be only entertained if we received written email with order number. On call or via SMS Order will not consider for cancellation.

 

5-Cakes and our other products  are perishable items, hence no return is accepted once its processed or dispatch.
